Monday School today

One of Isaiah's "classes" is a Lego building class. He made a model of himself today.

Brennan much prefers to follow me, pushing Joel's stroller, while I take pictures of everyone.

Soccer camp

This year Ellen and Isaiah participated in a soccer camp.

They really liked it.

Ellen was most interested in the new friends she was making.

Zai was pretty interested in getting open and getting that ball kicked.

There we go, there's Ellen involved in some ball action.

The boys have rediscovered the typewriter.

Brennan loves typing on it and Isaiah is perfectly happy to help him sound out the words he wants.

I've got lots of tball pictures. Lots.

I'm sure you won't mind.

Brennan and Ellen play catch during the games sometimes.

And sometimes not.

That's the fearless Coach Neeley. He and his wife are the most patient people with this team. He took an audible(!) bat to the knee cap once when getting a player set up on the tee and just turned his head to side, gave a small grimace and told the player he could hit the ball. I think my reaction might have been different.

Zai likes to wait for his at bat with his left hand in his right back pocket.

One night we got to play in a real life baseball diamond.

The dugout was pretty exciting,

as was being on deck.

 

Joel likes tball too.

And a high five for the coach after running home.

Isaiah had his very first T-Ball game tonight.

The other day Isaiah couldn't quite manage to get his banana seperated from the bunch. So he just took the bunch with him.

It reminded Dave and I of the old school rotary phones that you could carry around (for short distances). We tried to explain it to him, but he had no concept of two part phones.

The kids got a foosball table for Christmas.

Everybody likes it, but Isaiah looooves it.

"GOAL!!!"

He goes down to the basement by himself to practice several times a day.

Fun times.
