This weekend we found the kids some coats that very closely resemble one of my favorite Dave coats. So, naturally, when we got home we had a little photo shoot. Naturally.
And then Dave thought maybe he ought to share the fun with our neighbor friend.
She and Ellen then decided really they were a band and this was the shoot for their album cover.
We're still working on their band name.
When we asked Isaiah what he wanted for his birthday, the one thing he was consistent about was a Mr. Incredible costume for Ellen.
Ellen, however, wasn't too sure about that idea, as Mr. Incredible was for boys.
Violet Incredible, however, is very much for girls.
And she means business.
Especially when she flies,
and shops.
We went back to Costco to get the rest of the dress up clothes. I love playing dress up. Or at least I love it when the kids play dress up.
Ellen: first doctor to discover the many benefits of a fire extinguisher when used on one's body.
I tried very hard to think of a clever caption, but they were either not "g" rated or just plain corny. So, just imagine my caption was just as wonderful as this picture of Isaiah.
Ellen was shouting instructions into her walkie-talkie: "You guys need to have fun! and dance! and laugh and be happy! okay?"
