The boys have discovered this website -Cool math games for kids of all ages" I think it's called. There are a ton, a TON of fun little games - most having to do with angles (think angry birds) or matching or patterns or logic.
It's their latest "finish up the bookwork" motivation.
He's been pulling up on everything. And, unfortunately he's had a few head bonks and a couple near-splits experiences.
One of Joel's favorite books is this one called "Counting Colors" It has one color per page with various pictures representing that color. His favorite is the white page with the ducks - he loves to hear the "quack quack!" and the brown page with the chickens "Bok! Booook!"
On Wednesday nights, I take the kids to awana while Joel and Dave stay home. I've always stayed at the church instead of just dropping them off, cause Brennan was nervous and wanted me to stay with him. He's since become brave and has told me I could go. So, I've been finding myself a quiet bench and crochet away a quiet hour and a half all by myself.
Isaiah's Omsi classes have started up again. He's starting with a little paleontology followed with a bit of Lego robotics. Brennan is obviously thrilled. :)
